What this site keeps, and what it does not.
This page is built to keep almost nothing. It stores three small choices on your own device, sends nothing to our servers, and loads one third-party tool only after you say yes. Last updated 8 September 2026.
What we keep on your device

- Whether you accepted or declined this notice, stored under the key avas-consent in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.
- Sound on or off
- Whether you turned the keyboard sounds on, kept in localStorage on your device only.
- Calm motion on or off
- Whether you asked for calmer motion, kept in localStorage on your device only.
Nothing on this list is sent to us, to an analytics tool, or to anyone else at all. Clear your browser's site data and all three reset.
Third parties
The booking calendar on this page comes from Calendly, and it only loads after you accept the privacy notice. Once it loads, Calendly sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. If you decline, Calendly never loads and you get a plain link to book by email instead. We do not send Calendly anything about you beyond what you type into its own booking form.
No analytics, no ad pixels
This site runs no analytics script and no advertising pixel of any kind. We do not measure your visit, and we do not build a profile of you from this page.
What you give us when you book or email
If you book a call or write to us, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, and the message itself. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. We keep it only as long as the engagement lasts plus whatever period Philippine tax and record rules require after that.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's rules, you can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, or file a complaint with the NPC. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you the same rights over our processing of your data. Email us and we will act on the request.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If we learn that we hold data from a child, we delete it.
Changes to this page
If we change what this page says materially, we update the date at the top. We do not quietly widen what we keep or how long we keep it.
