Terms
Where every number stops.
These are the same words that appear in the contract. Last updated 8 September 2026.
- Not unlimited
- We do not sell unlimited. Each plan covers a number of requests in progress at a time, with an uncapped queue behind it.
- Revisions
- Two rounds per asset. A round is one consolidated set of comments. Comments that arrive after the next round has started begin a third round, quoted before we start it.
- Turnaround
- A reply inside one business day, Manila time. Turnaround clocks run on Philippine business days and exclude Philippine public holidays.
- If we are waiting on you
- More than 5 business days waiting on your assets, access or approvals moves the delivery date by the length of the wait. The price does not move.
- Scope freeze
- Scope freezes once month one's calendar is approved. Everything after that is a quote, approved in writing before we start work on it.
- Minimum term
- Three months, then month to month with thirty days notice to end. Six months makes the diagnostic free. Twelve months takes 12 percent off the monthly rate and locks the price.
- The diagnostic
- $750, delivered in ten business days. The fee comes off month one, capped at one month's retainer, and is not refunded.
- Payment
- Invoiced monthly in advance, paid by bank transfer or card, in US dollars.
- Never included
- Ad spend, video shoots, actors, locations, and paid media are never included. We name someone good for those and take nothing for the referral.
- Who does the work
- A named person in Manila who signs the deliverables and joins your calls. Parts of the work are produced with AI systems we run, and every deliverable is reviewed and signed by that named person before it reaches you.
- Results
- We commit to counts, calendars and named people. We do not guarantee revenue, follower or ranking outcomes. A quarterly bet on Partner is a shared target with a metric, not a guarantee.
- Ownership
- Finished work is yours once it is paid for. We keep the right to show it as work we have done, unless you ask us in writing not to.
- Confidentiality
- What you tell us about your business stays with us. We name you as a client, or describe the work publicly, only with your say-so.
- Termination
- Either side can end the engagement for non-payment after 14 days written notice.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, with venue in Quezon City.
Plans referenced above
The diagnostic is $750. Monthly plans referenced on the pricing page are Essential at $2,500 to $3,000, Embedded at $3,500 to $5,500 and Partner from $10,000, before the quarterly or twelve month discount described above.
